Joys of townhomeriship

As we were returning from running our errands, taking advantage of VA's tax free holiday, we saw our next door neighbor at his truck. Being the neighborly sort, we said hullo. Pleasantries out the the way, he asks us if we'd seen any evidence of roaches in our townhouse. No, we say, why? Apparently ever since the family in the end unit abandoned the property, approx. 3 months ago, his unit has been literally CRAWLING with them.
