So this morning I grab my copy of the WP Express to read on the train. On the front page they always have a Poll of the Day. So my eye wanders to the bottom of the page and I see this question:
Were the Patriots wrong to run up the score in their 52-7 win over the Redskins? [Yes/No]
Are you freaking kidding me? The last time I checked, football is a professional sports competition, not a game of kindergarten tag. These people are supposed to play to the end, and score points. The Patriots did just that. The Redskins fans who are crying foul should be annoyed at the team that they sat back and allowed themselves to be trampled like that.
I mean, come on...
For the record, I would be saying the same thing regardless of the teams. If it were the Packers being whupped like this, I'd be darned sad and embarrassed, but I wouldn't be crying unfair.

Maybe the redskins should have watched the patriots the week before and saw they did the same thing to miami and tried to play some defense instead of being whiney little babies!
