Where the heck did January go? I can't believe it's already Super Bowl weekend! I sincerely hope that the Patriots win, but after reading some analyses about the two teams, I am not 100% confident. Still, I say, Go Patriots!
I just made final plans for Justin's no-longer-a-surprise Birthday Getaway Weekend. It's now no longer a surprise nor a weekend! We have reservations to go to Wintergreen Ski Resort for 3 days, 2 nights. Snow tubing, walking through the snow drifts, snuggling in front of a fire... oh and did I mention a SUPER SECRET PLAN (still a secret to Justin so everyone else HUSH!)? I've got vacationitis bad - and there's still over a month to go!
What else? The new skinny mochas at Starbucks are the NASTIEST THINGS EVER! That's ok tho, since J and I are climbing back on the Weight Watchers wagon this Saturday. We've been sooooo bad since the holidays hit, and are now ready to get back on the ball. I have already stocked up on lots of recipes and light snackies for the office. Wish us luck!

Go GIANTS!!!! Worst friend ever you are for rooting for the bad team. I've convinced almost my whole office to go for the giants, however they might be saying that just to shut me up. :)
