More on Uppsala Ct

So I see that my photo on last night's blog didn't work - I'll fix it today, and add more.

Last night Justin and I barely slept a WINK... Not from nerves, surprisingly, but more from EXCITEMENT! We lay awake for another hour or so mentally placing the Christmas tree in the front of the house and hosting our first bbq. Even after J passed out, I don't think I truly slept.

So needless to say I'm exhausted but cautiously giddy for what's to come.

The house on Uppsala Ct is 3 levels, with 4 br/2.5 bath. It sits on almost a quarter acre (maybe time to exchange our electric mower for a gas model?) and is backed by trees, with a huge 2-level deck. It also has a 2 car garage.

The listing (not on me right now) says that its been recently renovated, incl. new siding and hardwood dining room floors. The dining room has a fireplace and a mantle!!! Finally someplace to hang our stockings with care! <3 And with 4 bedrooms, we have plenty of room for us, a computer room/library, a nursery (some day), and then some!

Now to play the waiting game... We are projected to close Friday 12/12, giving us 1.5 months to overlap at the TH and move at our leisure, paint, etc.

I am more excited than I EVER thought I would be... Please keep all fingers and toes crossed for an easy contract acceptance!
