Yummy blunder

So today, Justin calls to tell me that he's had a delicious fajita chicken wrap for lunch. Immediately, my taste buds kick in and suddenly I'm going Pavlov. I wander down to Wisey's, a local sammy shop that I've grown fond of, to see if they have anything similar, and HOORAY! they do!

So I order it and (im)patiently wait... I'm starving here! More and more people come in, the place is getting packed. Finally they call that my and another guy's orders are ready, and the waitress quickly press our bags into our hands before she's back in the kitchen.

I trudge back up to my office (have I mentioned lately that 1 G'town block is equal to 1,000 normal blocks?!) and settle in for my anxiously awaited southwest wrap. Except... that looks an awful lot like a salad...

I investigate closer, hoping they'd misheard me and made my wrap into a salad (same ingredients). Nope. This one has bright orange chicken and... peanuts?!

I give a sniff- something sweet, and gingery... must be some sort of sesame/chinese chicken salad. At this point, I don't have time to go aaaaaaaaaaall the way back to get it fixed and STILL have time for a semi-leisurely lunch. So, I dig in, and happily, it's delicious.

However, I still feel bad for the dude who obviously got MY order. He was a FedEx driver, so I'm sure he doesn't have time to divert from his route to get a new salad. I just hope he likes southwestern food!

But Justin still owes me a fajita wrap...

Luckily at least you ended up with something you didn't mind eating. That sucks for the poor fedex driver if he didn't like that wrap.
